Haiti - FLASH : A minister will resign ! He goes back on his decision !!!

Last hour, Guyler C. Delva, Minister of Culture and Communication, who said earlier in the day that he was going to resign, reversed his decision "I announced this afternoon that I will resign. President Jovenel Moïse called me to ask me to reconsider this decision, and I gave my consent, so my letter of resignation was not submitted."

Earlier in the day :

"[...] The leadership of President Jovenel Moise is the best chance for Haiti to find the rails for development, and the Haitian people must at all costs preserve this chance.

[...] The president has an extraordinary vision for this country and it is a great pleasure for me to have had the opportunity to work with him. However, I regret to announce that I will submit him my resignation in the coming hours," such is the statement of Guyler C. Delva, Minister of Culture and Communication.

This statement comes after the announcement of the increase in petroleum products at the pump and the withdrawal of the measure a few hours later, and 3 days of riots in the metropolitan area and in various areas of the country, for its part the National Police of Haiti accused the Government of a lack of communication, knowing that the Government was going process to increase, but not knowing when, the PNH was therefore be in a situation where it was nor prepared, for failure to be informed, for lack of communication...

Let's recall that Minister Delva was nominated Monday, April 23, 2018, replacing Limond Toussaint.
