Thursday at a press conference, Meniol Jeune, the Director General of the Ministry of National Education affirmed that everything was ready for the organization of the examinations of the extraordinary session, scheduled from 13 to 17 August 2018.

According to the figures of the National Bureau of State Examinations (BUNEXE) 38,319 candidates are adjourned, half of them come from the West Department.

Renan Michel Director of BUNEXE took the opportunity to review the special cases of the ordinary session. Out of more than 5,000 cases noted, fewer than 300 meet the participation criteria of which 55 are admitted and 100 candidates ajourned. In addition, he explained that various provisions will be made to force school principals to respect the procedures and the deadline granted by the Ministry for registrations in state examinations, including the lists of year-end decisions and lists of class training.

At the end of the press conference, Renan Michel indicated that the Ministry had done its best to publish the results online.
