Gary Bodeau, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies, advocates the formation of a Government of National Unity with representative political parties in Parliament as a condition for the ratification by the lower house of the General Policy Statement of Prime Minister named Jean Henry Ceant https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-25163-haiti-flash-moise-chooses-jean-henry-ceant-as-new-prime-minister.html reminding him that President Jovenel Moïse asked him to form an inclusive government.

Bodeau warns Céant about the consequences of his choices at the level of the ministerial cabinet if he does not consult "all the different political parties in Parliament (25) and even those who are not represented in chambers [...] Regarding the discussions for the formation of the government, we know very well that the ministers must have the qualities required by the Constitution and the law [...] but the conjuncture that allowed Me Céant to become Prime Minister appointed does not does not give the right to form a government without political parties," recalling the low weight of "Renmen Ayiti" the Céant Party in the lower house which has only 3 deputies

In the meantime, negotiations and negotiations are continuing, in view of the formation of the next government.
