Sunday, September 2nd at Eisenhower Park (New York) as part of the Labor Day weekend, several thousand festival-goers gathered with Haitian musical groups such as Sweet Micky, VAYB, Kai, Nu Look, Djakout #1, Zenglen among others, to celebrate the 50 years of Tabou Combo's career and to be together with compatriots.

In addition, the Ministry of Tourism also honored Tabou Combo and Richard Urbain for their contribution to the Haitian music industry and took advantage of this great meeting of the diaspora to spread the message of the campaign "Zafè Touris se Zafè Tout Moun", and sensitize them to return to the country, choose the destination Haiti for their holidays or for investments because "Lakay se Lakay" ; but also and above all, to make them understand that the cause of Haitian tourism is the business of every child in the country.
