2019 National Carnival Theme

Friday Jean Michel Lapin, the Minister of Culture unveiled the official theme of the National Carnival 2019 "Ann chita pale for Ayiti", a call for national dialogue for the safeguarding of the country, according to the Minister Lapin. The national carnival of 2019 will take place in the city of Gonaïves, in the Artibonite confirms the Minister of Information and Culture.
