Charles Philippe Bernoville, Communication Director of the City of Cap-Haïtien confirms the holding of Carnival in the commune from Sunday 3 to Tuesday 5 March 2019.

"On the persistent request of craftsmen, artists and the population of the North, the Town Hall of Cap-Haitien has the obligation to announce that the carnival festivities in the second city of the country are officially resumed.

Indeed, considering that part of the north community lives from the carnival period, the Municipal Administration has found it necessary to support the decent organization of carnival festivities during the three fat days, from Sunday March 3 to Tuesday March 5 2019.

The Carnival Committee takes care of the follow-up.
