Personnel management, leadership, pedagogical and administrative supervision, all of which were discussed for improving the management of public schools.

Through this initiative, the Minister Cadet intended on the one hand to salute the directors of institutions who assume their responsibilities with seriousness, responsibility and leadership. On the other hand, he wanted to encourage those who fail in their duties to better assume their responsibilities in the operation of certain public schools marked by the absenteeism of the teachers and a lack of control in the hourly charges by teacher. The second part of this meeting was devoted to an exchange with student representatives of central committees of high schools. It allowed participants to better understand all the actions of the Ministry for better management of high schools and the problems faced by young people left to their fate by absent teachers...
