Patrick Crispin, one of the advisers to the Head of State who wants to reassure said on the air of a radio of the capital "Haiti will have a Head of Government as soon as possible..."

An opinion that does not share the opposition Deputy Jean Robert Bossé (OPL) who is convinced that the acting Prime Minister Jean Michel Lapin and the resigning Government will remain in office well beyond the 30 days stipulated in the Constitution amended for to liquidate the day-to-day business, taking into account the work of verification of the documents by the committees of both Houses and the ratification process in Parliament...

Recall that from 1988 to 2018, Haiti knew no less than 22 Prime Ministers, including 3 women : Claudette Werleigh (1995-1996), Michele D. Pierre Louis (2008-2009) and Florence Duperval Guillaume (2014-2015).
