The young Haitian Rowing Federation (created in October 2016) confirms that rower Gabrielle Amato (18 years old) with a back injury has been forced to forfeit and will not be able to represent our two-color at the XVIII Pan American Games which takes place in Lima, Peru from August 26 to 11, 2019. Recall that Gabrielle Amato won the silver medal at the Florida Scholastic Rowing Association (FSRA) Speed Championship in April 2019, after winning a gold medal at the Central American and Caribbean Championship (Guatemala) in October 2018.
