The Eiffel Scholarship Program is developed by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in order to enable French higher education institutions to attract the best foreign students to master's and PhD programs.

The EIFFEL Excellence Scholarship is only open to foreign students without restrictions on the country of origin.

French higher education institutions pre-select applications and submit them online on its website.

The Eiffel Scholarship Program has two components :

A master's degree, which makes it possible to finance a master's degree course, from 12 to 36 months (age up to 30 years);

A PhD program, which finances 12-month mobility. (age 35 years maximum).

In the context of a cotutelle or a co-direction of thesis. The stay can be split into 2 or 3 stays maximum.

The four fields of study concerned by the Eiffel scholarships are :

• Right;

• Economics and Management;

• Engineering sciences for the Master's level, sciences in the broad sense for the PhD level (sciences for the engineer, exact sciences: mathematics, physics, chemistry and life sciences, nano and biotechnologies, sciences of the earth, the universe and the environment, science and technology of information and communication)

• Political Science;

Deadline for receipt of applications by Campus France : 9 January 2020

Results Announced : week of March 23, 2020
