Yesterday Sunday a fire destroyed the premises of the Departmental Electoral Office (BED) of North which also houses the National Office of Identification (ONI) of that department, to the street 19 J-K

The firefighters intervened to try to prevent the spread of flames to nearby houses in danger.

The fire occurred after the arrest of a political activist, demonstrators in retaliation set fire to the BED.

"We are waiting for the complete evaluation of the fire department and the CPD team on the spot," inbformed the Civil Protection Directorate (DPC).

On the other hand A notice of search of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) is launched against Piterly Charles aka "Kanson fè", who would be the author of this disaster,
