8 countries will compete in the elimination phase of the Olympic tournament of the Confederation of North America, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF) in search of the 2 tickets allowing the finalists to compete in the Olympic men's football tournament in Tokyo in 2020...

Haiti, Canada, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico and the United States are the participating countries which will be divided into 2 Groups for the Elimination Phase of the Concacaf tournament.

The draw will take place on January 9, 2020 in Guadalajara, Mexico.
