15 kidnappings in 21 days

Wednesday, Commissioner Michel-Ange Louis Jeune, Spokesperson for the National Police of Haiti (PNH) revealed during a balance press conference that from January 1st to 22, 2020, in the metropolitan area 15 cases of kindnapping were reported (8 in the city center, 4 in Delmas, 1 in Léogâne (South), 1 in Clercine (Tabarre SUd-Est) and 1 in Croix-des-Bouquets) without being able to say how many hostages had was released by the police. A police offcier killed in the city center
