Wednesday, Fils Aimé Ignace St Fleur, Director General of the Monetization Office for Development Aid Programs (BMPAD) accompanied by Taisei Inoue representative of the Japanese Ambassador to Haiti (Mizuno Mitsuaki) paid a follow-up visit to the site of the Faculty of Human Sciences (FASH) funded by Japan to the tune of 70 million Gourdes https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-27818-haiti-japan-rehabilitation-of-the-faculty-of-human-sciences-9-years-later.html Work which is at a very advanced stage and which should be completed by the beginning of April 2020.
