Since mid-May the Minister of Haitians living abroad Louis Gonzague Edner Day has taken the initiative to engage in a dynamic of consultations with various diaspora organizations with the aim of setting up, making active or doing monitoring various projects aimed at strengthening relations between the Haitian Government and its diaspora.

Despite the current situation prevailing in the world with the Covid-19 pandemic, where the majority of us are in confinement, the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) refuses to put on hold the projects in progress. The Ministry therefore suggests that you join it and continue the process already underway by establishing working hours by video conference between the said Ministry and the Diaspora Organizations."
