In its report on the functioning of the judiciary (2019-2020) published last week, the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH) reveals in detail that the blocking operations of all socioeconomic and political activities of the country in due to anti-government demonstrations, throughout the judicial year, the insecurity situation, its violence and numerous assassinations, the appearance of the Covid-19 and the strikes and work stoppages of judicial staff have resulted in a disastrous review.

It was in this context of insecurity, of uncertainty and almost total inertia that the 2019-2020 judicial year unfolded and ended in the same way.
