As part of the investigation into the assassination of young student Evelyne Sincère (21), Commissioner Michel-Ange Louis-Jeune, Spokesman for the National Police of Haiti (PNH) announced at the beginning of week, that a WANTED NOTICE was issued against an individual identified as Obed Joseph aka "Kiki".

Obed Joseph is suspected of involvement in the kidnapping, forcible confinement, rape and murder of 22-year-old student Evelyne Sincère https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-32189-haiti-flash-kidnapped-tortured-raped-and-killed-the-young-student-sincere-found-in-a-landfill.html . He is actively sought after by all PNH units.

If Obed Joseph is identified or located, the public is asked to call one of the following numbers : 3838-1111 / 3106-0573.

As part of this investigation, 2 people have already been interviewed by the Central Directorate of the Judicial Police (DCPJ).

Some sources believe the suspect may have taken refuge in the Dominican Republic, an unconfirmed information from official sources.
