Jonet Vital, through the spokesperson for the General Inspectorate of the Haitian National Police (IGPNH), informed that the institution has so far counted 70 police officers belonging to the "Fantom 509" group, such are the conclusions partial of an ongoing investigation conducted by the IGPNH.

These police officers are involved in this movement, which until now has only stirred up trouble to pass its demands.

To date, about sixty of these police officers have already been hearded by the IGPN, the remainder did not respond to the convocation of the general inspection, so their checks are withheld by the IGPNH.

The investigation will be completed when the IGPNH will have heard all the people indexed, so it will be able to determine the responsibilities with regard to the various acts of vandalism which were perpetrated in the capital by members of "Fantom 509".
