In order to support agricultural production in the commune of Mirebalais, President Jovenel Moïse, who promises to make water available to agricultural producers, accompanied by Patrix Sévère the Minister of Agriculture, visited past weekend the Desvarieux irrigation system.

For several hours, the Head of State discussed with the Management Committee of the Irrigation System of the area the construction of a dam in order to develop the 4,500 hectares of irrigable land in the agricultural areas of the localities of Cascogne, Sarazin and Desvarieux among others.
