The Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Paris is informing the Haitian community and friends of Haiti that it will celebrate Haiti's Independence Day in a special way on Friday, January 1, 2021.

The Consulate took the initiative to offer, on this date, a bowl of "soup joumou" (traditional Haitian soup with giraumon) to the first 70 people who will come to the following restaurants :
