Haiti - FLASH : The Haitian Passport, the worst in the Caribbean

The Henley Passport 2020 index released at the end of December, based on data provided by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) the measurement for 199 countries of the power of a passport by the number of countries a holder can visit for tourism purposes, without having to obtain a visa or with the ease of obtaining one on arrival.

Caribbean :

First in the Caribbean : Barbados, 22nd in the world out of 106 with access to 161 countries.

Last in the Caribbean : Haiti, 91st in the world out of 106 with access to 49 countries ex equao with Cameroon and Liberia.

Note that the Dominican Republic is 11th in the Caribbean and 74th in the world out of 106 with access to 78 countries ex equao with Cape Verde and the Philippines

Latin America :

1st Chile, 14th in the world out of 106 with access to 174 countries

World's Top 5 Best Passports :

1st Japan with access to 191 countries

2nd Singapore with access to 190 countries

3rd Germany, tied with South Korea with access to 189 countries

4th Finland tied with Italy, Uxembourg and Spain with access to 188 countries

5th Austria tied with Denmark with access to 187 countries.
