Kidnapping : Colombian police alongside the PNH

With the support of the US Department of State and the International Bureau of Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) in Haiti, Léon Charles, Director General ai of the Haitian National Police (PNH), welcomed counterparts of the Colombian National Police who will help strengthen the capacity of the PNH anti-kidnapping unit during their 3-month stay in Haiti.
