Haiti - Security : Fred en route to northern Haiti

This morning at 5 a.m., the center of Tropical Storm Fred was located near latitude 18.0 north and longitude 68.2 west (off the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic). Fred is moving west-northwest at nearly 16 mph (26 km/h), and general west-northwest movement is expected to start later today and continue over the next few days.
