Police murderers arrested

The Haitian National Police (PNH) arrested and then referred to the Prosecutor's Office of Port-au-Prince 6 individuals : Jerry Derilus, Idaniel Julma, Joel Saint-Fleur, Junior Paul, Clervil Davidson, Edouard Louidonne suspected of kidnappings and assassinations of the police officers, Jean Frantz Gay, Peterson Dervil, Sylvert Jean Pierre, who were assigned to the Saint Joseph sub-police station.

The FNE financed the school fees of 900,000 students

The National Education Fund (FNE) informs that at the request of the Ministry of National Education, it funded the elimination of school fees for nearly 900,000 students attending national schools from 2019 to 2021. Towards the construction of the Port-de-Paix / Anse-à-Foleur road

Wilson EDOUARD the Minister of Public Works, accompanied by officials from the ministry, had a preparatory preparatory work session with representatives of the CECOM firm around the start of construction work on the Port-de-Paix / Anse-à-Foleur road .

De Roseaux soon to be electrified

Construction work on the power line connecting Château and Roseaux (Grand'Anse) (installation of more than 83 poles) is progressing rapidly. After the construction of the line, the municipality of Roseaux will be supplied by the Jérémie power station.

Agriculture : New Direction in the North

Branly Eugène, the Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture (MARNDR) proceeded to the premises of the Departmental Agricultural Directorate of the North (DDAN) to the Installation of the Agronomist Engineer Frantz Dorvil as the new Director General of the DDAN. He replaces at this position the Agronomist Pierre Mary Brutus who was promoted to the post of Chargé de Mission in the North, North-East and North-West departments.

National environmental adaptation plan

James Cadet, the Minister of the Environment officially launched the workshop to validate the communication strategy document for the national environmental adaptation plan (NAP). Through this document, the Ministry wants to work for a better understanding and a broad popularization of the process of climate change which is so important for Haiti.
