Arrest of a rapist on underage

Thursday September 9, the police of Arcahaie proceeded to the arrest of Roilucson Joseph aka "Jetly" for having participated in a gang rape on two minors on the night of September 6 in Mahotte, a locality located not far from Saintard. Law enforcement officials are instructed to apprehend all perpetrators of this heinous act.
