In Le Moniteur special issue 45, of September 16, 2021, the decree establishing the Amending Budget of the Republic of Haiti for the Fiscal Year 2020/2021 was published.

CHAPTER I : provisions relating to resources :

Article 1.- The following provisions of the General Budget relating to resources are thus modified.

- Article 6 Taxations, duties and taxes as well as other domestic resources to be collected under the amending budget for the fiscal year 2020-2021 are estimated at ninety-six billion four hundred and thirty-eight million forty-six thousand eight hundred eighty-eight and 00/100 of Gourdes (Gdes 96 438 046 888.00), distributed in the tables presented in article 3 of this decree.

- Article 7 Budget support and project aid grants are estimated at twenty-three billion eight hundred and eighty-two million one hundred six thousand seven hundred and seven and 00/100 gourdes (Gdes 23 882 106 707.00), distributed in the tables presented in article 3 of this decree.

- Article 8 The products of internal and external financing are estimated at seventy-two billion six hundred and seventy-nine million eight hundred and forty-six thousand four hundred and five and 00/100 of gourdes (Gdes 72 679 846 405.00), distributed in the tables presented in article 3 of this decree.

CHAPTER II : Provisions relating to charges :

Article 2.- The following provisions of the General Budget relating to expenses are thus modified :

• Article 30 The budget appropriations for the 2020-2021 fiscal year for operating expenses, including current expenses of State Administration institutions, capital expenses and public debt amortization, are fixed at one hundred and forty-seven billion eight hundred and sixty million and 00/100 gourdes (GDES 147 860 000 000.00) distributed according to the tables presented in article 3 of this decree.

• Article 31 The budget appropriations for the 2020-2021 fiscal year for program and project spending are set at forty five billion one hundred and forty million and 00/100 Gourdes (GDES 45 140,000,000.00) distributed according to the tables presented in article 3 of this decree.
