Fuel : PNH / Gangs confrontation On Tuesday, clashes between armed gangs and special units of the Haitian National Police (PNH) lasted for several hours in the Martissant neighborhoods at the southern entrance to Port-au-Prince. Same situation in various places leading to Cité Soleil in particular Carrefour Vincent, Drouillard and in the area of the Varreux oil terminal. A pick-up from the Haitian armed forces was set on fire by unidentified armed individuals. Barricades of flaming tires were erected on the roadway and trucks placed across the road. Fuel : Meeting of the Crisis Committee Tuesday, November 9, Prime Minister ai Ariel Henry, convened the fuel crisis committee, made up of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security, the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities, the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Economy and Finance to try to solve, once and for all, the problems related to the delivery of fuel to service stations and the safety of tankers.
