Acting Prime Minister Ariel Henry has made further changes in public administration. Orders have been published to this effect in the official journal Le Moniteur Special issue 56, dated December 2, 2021.

The citizen Alix Richard is appointed Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, he replaces Josué Pierre-Louis;

The citizen Marie Fatima Léonne C. Prophète is appointed Director General of the Investment Facilitation Center (CFI), she replaces Ms. Tessa Jacques Antoine;

Citizen Petricks Justin is appointed Director General of the National Company of Industrial Parks (SONAPI), he replaces Bernadel Paul;

Citizen Germain Paulémon is appointed Director General of the National Service for the Management of Solid Residues (SNGRS), he replaces Jean Rony Duvelsaint;

The citizen Max Alex Joseph is appointed Deputy Director General of the National Service for Solid Waste Management (SNGRS).

In this same issue of Le Moniteur the Decree appointing three new Secretaries of State was published :

The citizen Sandra Jacques is appointed Secretary of State for Literacy, replacing Hervé Saintilus;

The citizen Laurent Beaugé is appointed Secretary of State for Population, he replaces Wilner Joseph;

The citizen Gina Joseph is appointed Secretary of State for the Disabled, she replaces Soinette Désir.
