This Strategic Plan, the fruit of 5 years of exchanges of reflections and collective debates, should enable the Central Bank not only to strengthen its capacity to contribute to macroeconomic stabilization, but also to define the strategic means for optimal harmonization. between monetary policy and fiscal policy, explained Governor Jean Baden Dubois.

Georges Henri Fils, Vice-Governor of the BRH declared "[...] the vision expressed in this Strategic Plan is in line with the vision of the Central Bank which is to ensure the maintenance of price stability and the development of the financial system. and the Nation's payment system and to encourage optimal performance of the economy for the benefit of the entire population [...0]"
