The former player of Tigresses AS and the Haitian selection, also former coach of the U-15 and U-17 women's teams, is also appointed head of the technical staff, where she had already guided in 2017 (in St Kitts & Nevis) our U-20 grenadière successfully during the 2nd phase of France 2018 qualifications.

As in 2017, Fiorda Charles will be assisted by Jean Hubert Anglade, an instructor at the Fifa Goal Center, an experienced coach who has managed several national first division clubs and the former goalkeeper of the Aigle Brillant of Bel-Air and of the Haitian women's selection, Geralda Saintilus who joins the new technical commission and who will take care of the goalkeepers.

Let's recall that the U-20 women's national team is preparing to play the qualifying matches for the next FIFA World Cup which will take place from August 10 to 22, 2022 in Costa Rica.

The technical team is already hard at work at the Espoir Olympic Center in the preparation of the players for the Concacaf U-20 championship which will take place in the Dominican Republic from February 25 to March 12, 2022. Haiti will have to fight to be among the the three CONCACAF qualified joining Costa Rica, which already has its automatic participation ticket with its status as host country of the final phase of this FIFA World Cup.

In Group H, our Grenadières will face Cuba on February 26, Guatemala on February 28 and Jamaica on March 2, 2022.
