Considering that the management of public transport belongs to the State, and that the prices of public transport in Cap-Haitien must be fixed on the basis of the price of fuel at the pump and not on the basis of what is done in the smuggling;

Considering the availability of petroleum products in the pumps and that it is necessary to adjust the prices of public transport in relation to the setting of the new fuel prices in effect on the territory.
