Diaspora : Death of Rejoiced Lorfils

Minister of Health issues 8-day ultimatum

4th Promotion of the Institute of Diplomacy of Cap-Haitien in Cuba

Monday, February 28, the 4th Promotion of students from the Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations of Cap-Haitien was received by the Ambassador of Haiti to Cuba, Régine Lamur. This group, which also makes up the “Anténor Firmin” Solidarity Brigade, followed a week of training in international relations under the auspices of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with Peoples (ICAP). They visited various institutions and met with the Association of Haitian Descendants in Cuba.
