Pierre Louis Opont, the Director General of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), which had been the subjet in May, with 8 other members of this institution, of a ban to leave the territory, was again authorized by justice, to travel out of country.

Other advisers are still banned from leaving the country just like the President of the CEP, Gaillot Dorsinvil. Let us recall that the Government Commissioner, Sonel Jean-François issued in July, summonses/warrants against Gailllot Dorsinvil and two other advisers to force them to respond to the convocations of the prosecution of Port-au-Prince in the case of alleged fraud and corruption whose the CEP is the subject. However, more than a month later, the warrant has not been executed, the President of the CEP is again not found...
