NOTE : Adjourned exams will be resumed

Nesmy Manigat, the Minister of National Education confirms that the candidates of the 9th AF whose tests have been adjourned due to armed conflicts (students from Pernier and Torcel) will undergo the exams on Thursday or Friday thanks to the creation of the Permanent Center for evaluation (the Ministry will confirm the date). For the rest, this first day of exams, on the whole went well according to the Ministry.

Gangs : Tension in Tabarre, blockage in the city center

Monday, June 20, 2022. In Tabarre, Pernier and surrounding areas, bursts of automatic weapons were heard early in the morning. In downtown Port-au-Prince, barricades of burning tires were erected at the corner of John Brown Avenue and Lamarre Street, forcing motorists to take alternative routes.
