Yesterday, Friday, October 28 in the evening around 9:00 pm, Éric Jean Baptiste, Secretary General of the political party Rassemblement des Démocrates Nationaux Progressistes (RDNP), and CEO of Père Eternel Lotto, was attacked by armed men at Laboule 12 while he entered his home at Tara's. His armored car was riddled with bullets.

Éric Jean Baptiste received several bullets and was rushed to hospital, but did not survive the injuries.

A security guard named Victor who was with Éric Jean Baptiste has also killed and died on the spot.

Note that at the time of this attack, his armored vehicle had an accident.
