Thursday, March 9, reacting to the statements of General Wayne Eyre, Dr. Jean William Pape Director of the Gheskio Centers in Haiti declared "[...] All this masquerade that Canada is doing, I find that it is really very unfortunate. It is a country that I respect, that I love, but I think that the Canadian government, which was given a hot potato, should have said that it has no experience in fighting armed gangs [...]"
