In order to facilitate and simplify the process of obtaining a Haitian Passport, you can now make a pre-application online, if you are of Haitian nationality. Then, you will have to appear in person to finalize your request (entry of biometric data).

1- Go to https://www.delidoc.gouv.ht/DemandePasseport and click on Required documents (top right) to find out which documents are required depending on your case (first application, loss of passport or renewal,) you must to do this, choose the type of request, the category of citizen, your marital status and your sex.

2- Then make your request on https://www.delidoc.gouv.ht/DemandePasseport/Client/Demande by completing the four-step form:

Personal information ;

Country Request;

Additional information ;

Confirmation.
