In order to facilitate and simplify the process of obtaining a National Identity Card if you are of legal age, you can now make a pre-application online, if you are of Haitian nationality. Then, you will have to appear in person to finalize your request (entry of biometric data).

Here are the steps of the online process to obtain your national identity card.

1- Complete the online form https://www.delidoc.gouv.ht/RendezVous/Client/Demande

Then choose the ONI office where you will complete your pre-application and make an appointment. The application office does not depend on your home : you can go to any office of the National Identification Office (ONI), provided that it is equipped with a biometric registration station

The list of ONI offices is available online. Note that some offices of the National Identification Office (ONI) only process online pre-applications.

To save time, it is advisable to print the form which contains the pre-request number or to take a photo of the QR code obtained at the end of your procedure.

2- Prepare the documents to be presented which are indicated on the right of the screen during your request

3- Go to the office you have chosen (depending on the day and time of your appointment) to complete your pre-application online and bring the necessary documents. Your presence is essential to take biometric data (fingerprints and photo).

4- Follow the progress of the production of the identity card

The national identity card is not produced on site and therefore cannot be issued immediately. To track your request : https://delidoc.gouv.ht/RendezVous

5- Remove the identity card when it is available

You must collect your identity card personally at the office filing your application. The National Identity Card is valid for 10 years and is FREE.
