The Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) advises that a register of recruitment (registration) of Prosecutors will be open at the Ministry from Thursday, June 1st, 2023 until Thursday, June 22, 2023 in order to organize a specific competition aimed at providing the Public Prosecutor's Offices of the Republic with competent Magistrates capable of enhancing the image of Justice in Haiti.

Documents required when registering on the recruitment register :

- Have at least a Bachelor's degree in Law (the minutes of the defense cannot in any way replace the Bachelor's degree in Law);

- A detailed CV (skills and experience);

- Copies of other Diplomas and certificates obtained;

- Copies CIN/Tax number;

- Be at most 65 years old at the time of recruitment;

- A cover letter

- A certificate of good conduct and morals

- 2 identity photos

A competition will subsequently be organized by the School of Magistracy (EMA).

A judicial internship is necessary for the integration of prosecutors trained by the EMA.

Note : The recruitment register will be open Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the MJSP correspondence department.
