Thursday, June 22, 2023, as part of the summit "For a new global financial pact" which is being held on June 22 and 23, in Paris (France), Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry (73 years old) met with the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (77) who was accompanied by several members of his Government, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mauro Vieira and his adviser Celso Amorim.

The discussions took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Prime Minister Henry gave an update on the current situation and asked for Brazil's support in terms of security and sustainable development.

President Lula has promised to speak about the case of Haiti in all the international meetings in which he will participate in order to sensitize the international community to the urgency of helping Haiti.
