The Brazilian Visa Application Center (CAVB), operated by the World Organization for Migration (IOM in Haiti) after authorization from the Brazilian Embassy in Haiti, informs that all visa applications family reunification made by a sibling will no longer require financial proof of 3 transfer receipts.

It will just be enough for the person in Brazil to provide a notarized self-declaration from Brazil confirming their ability to assume financial responsibility for the person joining them.
