Since the launch of this program, fourteen mentally handicapped some of whom were nude in the streets and other very violent, have been picked up and taken to the Psychiatric Center of the street Oswald Durand, for medical care.

This approach participates to the will of the President to guarantee the rights of all social categories, as part of the rule of law, advocated by the President Martelly through its program based on the four E (in french), Employment, Environment, Employment and Rule of law.
