Capotille : Arrest of a wanted murderer

Friday November 3rd, 2023, a detachment of the Border Police (POLIFront) in Capotillle (North East Department) arrested Robenson Lacroix, actively wanted for murder by the Central Police. Police intercepted him as he attempted to cross the border into the Dominican Republic.

During the 2nd edition of "Milla Santa Marta", in the municipality of Pájara (Canary Islands, Spain), Angelina L. Stines, a 6-year-old Haitian from Croix-des-Bouquets, won a trophy and a silver medal in Athletics race in the under 8 category.

Training in proximity investigation

33 police officers, including 16 women, from the recruitment offices of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) received their training certificates in proximity investigation as part of the PNH Support Project organized by the United Nations Program for Development (UNDP) and the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH).
