Haiti - Closure of borders : The golden age of smuggling

The golden age of smuggling :

The Dominican Government has ordered that biometric registration be carried out on all Haitians entering the national territory through border crossings. (Should be noted that this measure is here to stay, even after the settlement of the conflict between the two countries.)
