2 men killed, one decapitated

Wednesday December 13, 2023, at Avenue Poupelard, the lifeless bodies of two men, one of whom was decapitated. Their identities remain unknown and the circumstances in which they were killed are unknown.

Cap-Haitien : Rehabilitation of the International Port

DR : Drop in exports to Haiti

According to the Dominican Ministry of the Economy for the first 10 months of the year 2023, Dominican exports to Haiti recorded a drop of 84.73 million dollars (-16.53%) but compared to the total amount of all Dominican exports in the world over this same period this drop represents only 0.084%.
