Frantz Elbé, Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH) after his visit to Nairobi, capital of Kenya https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-41233-haiti-security-a-first-group-of-300-kenyan-police-officers-in-haiti-in-february-2024.html went to Doha, capital of Qatar where he was invited during his short stay by the Ambassador of Haiti François Guillaume II to visit, in the company of other members of the Haitian delegation, the premises of the Embassy and the Haitian pavilion at the international agricultural exhibition, which takes place from October 2nd, 2023 to March 28, 2024.

During his stay in Doha, Frantz Elbé took the opportunity to meet in the presence of the Ambassador of Haiti, the Chief of Staff of the Chief of the Qatari Police and other senior executives of this organization.

During the cordial exchanges, the police authorities of the two countries explored possibilities of cooperation between the two institutions via the Embassy of Haiti.
