Jérémie paralyzed at Guy Philippe's call

Thursday January 11, 2024 in Jérémie, responding to Guy Philipe's call, the population took to the streets to demand the resignation of Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry and his allies in the Government. Barricades were erected in various places in the city by demonstrators that closed the doors of some public offices. School and commercial activities were paralyzed. The Haitian National Police had to use tear gas to disperse the demonstrators.

2010 Earthquake : Commemoration at the National Palace
