After a week of preparation in St Kitts & Navis, for the qualifiers for the U-20 World Cup Chile 2025 of the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean (CONCACAF) zone punctuated by two friendly matches for two draws against two local First Division clubs [1-1] against "Village Super Star" https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-41690-icihaiti-world-cup-chile-2025-qualifier-2nd-friendly-match-for-our-u-20-grenadiers-[1-1].html and [2-2] against "Coneree United" https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-41683-haiti-world-cup-chile-2025-qualifiers-our-grenadiers-u-20-continue-to-prepare.html ; the technical team granted Sunday, February 18, 2024 to our Grenadiers, a day of rest to allow them to recover a little, before the final straight line of preparation beginning this Monday, February 19 before the first playoff match scheduled for February 23, 2024.

Coach Angelo Jean-Baptiste did not appreciate that his team only scored 3 goals in the two friendly matches compared to the quantity of chances created, just as he did not appreciate the performance of his defense which conceded three goals, all from set plays (two penalties and a free kick).

During these 4 days that separate us from the first match of the Elimination Phase, coach Angelo will take the opportunity to make the necessary corrections and implement his tactical plan.
