Haiti - FLASH : «Barbecue» threatens the country with civil war if the PM remains in office

Tuesday March 5, Jimmy Chérizier (46 years old) alias "Barbecue" Leader of the "G9" gang coalition and "Spokesperson" of the "Viv Ansanm" (Living Together) alliance, bringing together the "G9" coalition and the gang "G Pèp" led by Jean Pierre Gabriel alias "Ti Gabriel", threatened the country with a civil war if the Prime Minister does not leave his post.

"If Ariel Henry does not resign, if the international community continues to support him, we are heading straight towards a civil war which will lead to genocide” declared 'Barbecue' to the media adding “either Haiti becomes a paradise for all of us, or hell for all of us”

"[...] we are aware that armed men have committed acts harmful to society, but I think that society must forgive them and unite to rethink a new Haiti."

A threat taken very seriously by the UN which will meet this Wednesday behind closed doors on the subject, according to the Security Council program during which Maria Isabel Salvador, representative of the United Nations in Haiti, by videoconference will give them an update on the situation.
