Yes we're going towards this new defense force and of national security, at least at the level of provisions to be adopted, however, we can not aspire to have, for example, troops in the streets in uniform, NO, no, no, there will not be all that. But effectively provisions are planned for November 18 which go in the direction for this remobilisation..."
